Dear NYC,

I need a sublet for June of 2012. My brain hurts from looking at listings. I prefer the UWS and have UES tastes. In other words I a type A personality that is a neat freak and loves to shop.

Please leave a comment if you are looking for someone to watch your apartment for a month.

Love,
Desperately need my NYC fix in the month of June.

You know you are a stay at home Mom when.....

1. Your manicures come from a 5 year old in the shade of neon green glitter smeared all over your fingers.

2. You spend $70 at Target on kid's Valentine's party supplies.

3. You promise the kids a Super Bowl party and have not a clue who is playing. It is an excuse to eat Chipotle chips and guacamole.

4. You are cooking dinner at 2:30 p.m.because the kids will need you as as chauffeur all evening and the drive thru is not an option.

5. The lady at Chik fil a recognizes your car and voice and has the large Diet Doctor Pepper already to go.

6. People think you do nothing all day and ask when you are going back to work.

7. You do laundry everyday.

8. People ask if you wear yoga pants all day. Dear heavens, NO!

Kat's Crostata

Saturday was cold and windy. After karate, Kat and I decided to make dessert. This smelled wonderful baking in the oven. I wish I could have bottled the yummy cinnamon scent!

3 apples peeled and chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter

1. Open cinnamon rolled and press into a pie pan. Kat's favorite part.
2. Preheat oven 350 degrees
3. Chop up apples, add cinnamon sugar and flour..stir
4. Pour on top of dough
5. Chop up 2 tablespoons of butter and place all over apples.
5. Pour 3 tablespoons all over mixture
6. Bake for 40 minutes

Newest favorite

We are huge on Shake Shack but we have found another love. We love it do much that we visited 3 times in 24 hours.

Pinkberry!

Flavors tried: blood orange (my fave with brownie bits) pomegranate (Kat's favorite with fruity pebbles) peanut butter (Hayden with honey Blake with mochi) Cornell loved it all.
